Unfortunately, this person (or computer software) has sent this PM to a huge number of members on BFT. Unfortunately, it will take an administrator to take any action. Moderators can ban a person from making posts on a forum (after they make at least one post on that forum), but we have no other ability to take any other action. The problem has already been reported on the appropriate forum.
