Doesn't matter what the weather is like, Fishing will be fantastic. The BWO's on the provo get rolling in early march and go all the way into May. Flows don't get ramped up until later in May. Hope for precipitation with little wind for the best hatch fishing. You should be able to find fish rising consistently every day on #20 baetis duns from 11-3 (depending on weather). Mornings should have decent midge hatches and late afternoon and evening will have carpets of mating midges all over the river.
There are a few options other that bwo's: The lower part of the middle Provo should be at the tail end of a good Skwala stonely hatch in april, and latter in the month, Mothers day caddis are just starting over on the Weber. Awesome time to be here.
