Chicken livers, dough ball bait from the store, or home made, catalpa worms, shrimp work well,gizzard shad,skip jack.

One thing I would bring that I don't take on bass fishing trips... a good set of pliers and probably a glove to fit my right hand (right handed) just to be sure those nice soft little catfish fins don't stick me. [:p]
