As your links, TS30, don't seem to be working, let me add that you can go to www.le.state.ut.us (also legislature.utah.gov works) main page and find the bill text by using the bills menu on the main page. It is numbered as HB 187 and is currently a "boxcar", one of our legislature's perversions of democracy where they can hide the details of a bill but still give it place on the calendars. Sometimes they sneak contorversial bills in this way and only spring the details out at the last minute, so we need to stay on top of this. You can actually set it it up to have emails automatically sent as the bill progresses from the bill's specific page. Note the WebWatch section at the bottom of the page.
Be aware that you can also look up the legislators from you district and find out how to contact them. We need to let them know we're here if we are going to counterbalance the influence of the property owners.
