I believe this site is not public domain even though it has public access. That meaning that whoever owns/moderates this site can decide what stays and what goes. Just like if your at my house you dont say certain things in front of me or my kids. Whoever owns/moderates the BFT.com name/site gets the final say.
Also is has nothing to do with a constitutional right seeing as someone from New Zealand can also see what you write so I do not believe you can use the freedom of speech line from the constitution simply because that is not an international constitution.
I may be wrong, it happened once before so it might happen here too.
