Stream access may partly evaporate

Looks like there's a new Bill proposed to end the Private Water access Rep. Ben C. Ferry-R, Box Elder, is sponsoring a bill for the 2009 Legislature The Bill will change accessing water on Private lands. There weren't to many details but sound like if the bill is passed access water on private land will come to an end.
