it depends on the winter. I've fished Blind through the ice in June. I've also been snowed off the mountain in June.
On typical years, the majority of the lakes will be ice free in June. Snow drifts can still cause access issues into certain areas. The Boulder Top won't open up till closer to July.
Take a rain coat, and be prepared for snow.
