Fuzzy has it right. Rig the camera so it is pointed straight down. In good water clarity you can see more and the camera is suspended above your jig. If you do not have a tripod you can simply twist the cord of the camera until you see your jig. You have to cut two holes right next to each other. However, at the Berry I have seen the cuts come up and put their whole mouth over the camera. Pretty incredible considering the the size of the camera (aqua-vu).
