Hello BaySport,
I know the feeling. i go down to the beach quite often to cast. i take two poles. One big spinning rod and stick a 7foot bait caster with a smaller lure on it. once the body starts to hurt i cast the smaller one for a while. sometimes the smaller bait is what they are looking for.
We should make an exercise video. Then you could start and be in shape before big fish season arrives! It seems to be all or nothing down there!
