[font "Times New Roman"]I talked to the CO about labeling enclosures. The intent if to identify who the enclosure belong to when it is left on the ice. He told me if I was in or around my enclosure I didn’t need to have it labeled. I also asked him about labeling poles. It is also to identify who is fishing with the pole. For example if my boy is fishing with 3 or more poles the poles need to have his name on them. If I decide to start using one of his poles he needs to remove it from the water, remove his name and hand it to me then I need place my name on the pole or I would be ticketed for using his pole. I think he said all you need on the pole is a your name.[/font]
