Really can't post the site, it is from Google Earth but if you goto this site and just start double clicking on the Border of Utah and Wyoming then the top of the lake below Green River it will all come into view. Then if you can see where the road ends at the tip of the lake that is where I marked on my earlier post.

I found Google earth measurement to be pert near right on.
I did measure this Lost Dog road (US forest service road 12) and it is exactly 10 miles between the meeting point at the Lake and the main Hwy 530.
It is another 9.6 miles from Green River I-80 / 530 off ramp to Lost Dog road turn off.
91 miles from Wyoming/Utah border to Green River on I-80
30 miles from I80/I84 Junction north of echo res to Utah/Wyoming Border
