It is good to make sure; I know in Utah some waters like Yuba have a limit of ten perch, however, I know of no waters like this in Idaho. Although it is possible to catch and release in Roberts, I would encourage everyone to keep every perch they catch from this place. There are so many that very few ever make it above five inches. The competition for food is a hard one and fewer numbers make larger fish. I would trade 30 9-10' inch perch versus 200 + 5' inch ones any day.
