The Ogdne River is full of stunted Brown Troyt.
As for fishing for panfish,
You won't catch very many Perch at Pineview or Rockport in 15' of water!
As you should know, they like deeper, warmer water and are usually found in depths of over 40'.
Why would an ethical angler choose to use a barbless hook and try to get a small Perch to come off the hook before pulling it through the ice hole.
That fish will die!
I don't see any wisdome in killing fish by releasing them from water deeper than 30', only to have them die under the ice.
You can do it if it makes you happy but I will stay within the law.
