I took a quick trip out to A.F. for a few hours this afternoon. Fishing was not good. I fished the section off the boat launch at the dam. Ice was a clear solid 6" . I talked to a few guys who had fished it all morning and they hadn't touched a fish. I moved around to several depths trying to mark fish with the vex but not much there. Some fish on the bottom straight out from the boat ramp in about 35 feet of water. I figure they were schools of small perch. Nothing like a skunk to end the year on.
