Best Lures for murky water

I have a lake by me that is like pea soup. You loose site of your lure within 6in. I have found throwing a cooper colored spinnerbait worked well for me. They are a hard find I only found them on those cheapy spinner racks. Also trolling a jerk bait workrd good to but that may have been dumb luck I'm not big on trolling. I did it out of bordem on a very slow day.
