Wyoming does not sell any of their licenses or stamps online.
You Utah guys will have to ensure you have the Flaming Gorge Recip stamp for 2009, since it will be a new year and all! Also make sure you have a valid Utah Fishing license; a Recip stamp is useless without one of those.
The Recip stamp can be bought at any place in Wyoming that sells Wyoming Hunting and fishing licenses. Ace Hardware in Green River is very accessible and is on the way out of town going towards Lost Dog.
