It was like 30 years ago my mother had a red beetle stolen from her driveway. About 2 months later my brother saw the car & apprehended the dude driving it. The cops let him go 'cause he said he'd bought it from some other guy that was a known car thief. Nobody even got their hands slapped. Yeah, criminals do suck & oughta be eliminated like in the old west.
