Is Daniels capped yet?

It's a money deal- one with the closures- not happenning in too many places- sure I would like to see something like having Daniels closed from July 15th to Sept 7th and then only a month on the ice. Just not happenning- too many rules for the average guy to digest and the F&G isn't going to think about if it's going to lose license money. Two they don't have enough money to have more F&G officers to cover SE Idaho- a lot of lakes, mileage and gas $. I did see a F&G guy at Treasureton last year on the ice- I wasn't fishing - I also have seen them at Daniels, but it's a lot of territory to cover. What I would like to see in this perfect world is every fisherman be it fly, jig, ice, troll or bait guy- be as educated as possible about what they are doing. I'm in the process of cross breeding some plants and when I get the seeds right I am going to sell them- That way every new fisherman can plant them so they can grow a clue. J/k
