Is Daniels capped yet?

I have fished with a nymph and a glow bug through the ice a lot of times. Daniels isn't the only lake with this problem. I know that Treasureton has the same problem. I love to ice fish up there and the whole time that I fished there last year I never saw the fish and game up there once. I wish they would no focus so much on the reservoirs that you can use bait and that they plant often and watch the trophy ones a little closer. Just my two cents.
