Just goes to show the RAC process is flawed and that it is in place to let people think they are actually going to make a difference when in fact the decisions are already made before the whole thing gets discussed. 3 of 5 is a majority, in fact is nearly a super majority...lame. I really think this is the 1st step in making everyone choose a region to hunt in.
