How will rain effect the fishing?
#2
Hello TDOG,

Sometimes before the front moves in and while it is raining they go nuts! I do not know if the planted trout on wednesday or if it will be on friday.
Either way the fish will be in close in the early morning hours. If it stays cloudy the may stay shallow all day. Otherwise troll and cast from shoreline to 70 feet of water. and you should pick something up.

I know the last week by the fishing pier on boulder beach there has been a ton of shad in the morning and later in the afternoon. But for some reason the hasn't been any great numbers of fish attacking them. I have been down of the shore netting them and putting them in the freezer for tough times.

The first trout plant there the trout did not hang out they went deep fast . the rain hopefully cooled the water down some. Good luck and hope to see a great report.
