There is Gas Stations along the hiway up there that sell Licenses. And from Salt Lake keeping it somewhat legal, is going to take you 4 1/2 hours. It takes me almost 3 1/2 hours to get to IF and Henry's is another 90 miles.
Talking to my friend that works that lake...it is iced, but not sure how thick.
