Chumming with corn is practice all over this country. While I personally have never chummed, I just might do so to catch a carp or two at my local regional park.[/size][/#008000][/font]

But feeding ducks is legal in all states as far as I know. I guess it is a matter of intent. Nonetheless, chumming is a terrific way to attract and trigger carp and other fish.[/size][/#008000][/font]
