I hate to do it but I'm going to have to stick up for Brody on this one, he is a sportsman. I know he has called DNR on a few occasions that he witnessed something illegal.
But Brody if the person writes in his own words that he broke the law they can use it against him in court. We had a live minnow post a couple years ago where the guy said what he did and he was prosecuted.[
