it is a federal lake which means every thing like that goes through the forest service not the wyoming game and fish . as far as a place to fish looks like you got it all set up thay are good spots but thay are geting hit hard and as sonn as there is 2'' of good ice thay will be getin hit even harder.just check with the forest circius before you get all set and start handing out prizes. good luck knock'em dead.
