I hunted near there last weekend and saw several boats on the reservior. I also took a break from hunting and threw a spinner a few times. In about 20 minutes I had landed 2 fish and missed a couple more! I heard another angler say he was catching them on a black wooly bugger also.

Fish were jumping out of the water all over the place; I have no idea why they do that.
