The easiest way is to go thru Roosevelt about 15 mi, turn right (South) on hwy 88, about 8 mi you hit the N.E. corner of the lake. The BLM camp grounds are on the South side and are reached by turning right (West) on 6000 S which is the road above and North of the lake, going about 3 mi and you will see a sign to Pelican Lake, turn left (South) and follow the road as it turns into a dirt road and goes by the east side of the lake and around the south side to the boat launch and camp grounds.

Good fishing and leave some fom me for when I go back.
