Thank you for letting me know about this. Truley a law such as this is complete crap. We need too enforce what we have too prevent invasion's such as zebra mussels. So what do we have too reach into our own pockets to boost the coffers of Gov't that cannot enforce the laws on the books or to change them with a better bite too control and too stop.

This is something that sound be looked at they came not from boaters but from people releasing them into ponds then they flood over and goto our lakes and streams. Living in Indiana and have seen this frist hand it is truely and huge problem. The Epa and this permit will not stop poeple from realeasing forgein species. Nor will a permit againist recreational boaters. Education will help not creating another money hole to be wasted by our Gov't
