Best Lures for murky water

I have been in the exact same situation with virtually the same lures. I have been fishing the lake near my place for a few months, and have not been able to pull one bass out of it. I knew that a few were in there, but i figured out that the catfish and crappie were much more plentiful there. You might just be fishing for the wrong thing.

P.S. - How big is the lake? Is the water hot or cold?
