how is this universal health care different from what we have now?

no insurance companies to pay
no plan to join
everything is free of charge for everyone
no profit for anyone
everybody that works pays into the national health care plan
yes people who dont work get free care

it works for every other civilized nation but ours, why do you think americans couldnt pull this off ? dont you believe in america ?

Is it the fact that you love paying insurance companies outrageous fees, or just hate the fact that some people are poor, lazy, or just incapable of working?
