]Wow! I am sorry if I [size 1]ruffled[/size] some feathers here. As a matter of fact I have seen personally a Nevada Highway Patrol offiver give a fellow worker a ticket for throwing down a cigarette on the ground. The officer was giving this guy a ticket for speeding. This guy got mad and through his cigarette on the ground right in front of the officer. The officer asked him to pick it up and he refused. He was wrote out a ticket for littering for $200 and had to clean 2 miles of highway by the judge. Now I am sorry if I offended you in any way I was just stating an [size 1]opinion[/size]. Remember Opinions are like A@@ [url "mailto:H*&#@s"]H*&#s[/url] everyone has one.
By the way if you go Backpacking in some places in Arizona, not only do you have to pack out all your toilet paper you have to take your waste too. So we simply take lots of toilet paper, plastic bags, and I fix up a piece PVC pipe, caps on both ends and place [size 1]everything[/size] in it and dispose of it properly. I don't like it to much but thats what we have to do. [cool]
