So I live in a small town in Iowa, and I live next door to this Pond. The pond has a small plastic/pvc dock, and it is currently underwater. That dock is usually the hot spot for me, and is now unaccessable. The pond is actually pretty big for our area, but about 75% of it is just stagnant water and is slathered in duck grass and moss and alge and all other sorts of stuff. On top of it only this one spot, about 12 feet in diameter has any current. I know for a fact that there are nice bass in there and that there are even some Bullheads. What should I do to nearly garuntee I get something? Or should I just give up on that spot? I can take pictures if you want.
