right now in michigan any one can drive a boat or plane under the age of 16 and not have a valid drivers license. personaly I think it would make more cents and dollars to make every boater pass a written exam before they can drive a boat. lots of doowopps on the water...[pirate] this would take care of a multitude of problems in one sweep.
do this nation wide and then all we have to do is keep those dag bernd freighters from bringing them in in the first place...[mad]
