Quite simple. You want it to appear fuzzy, so, started of with Black Ultra Chenille and Black Hackle. Wrapped both to one third the hook length. Wrapping the hackle very thick. Then Orange Ultra chenille and Hackle, then the front one third in black. Then trim.
