We had a family reunion this weekend and some cousins wanted to try crawfish diving. So on our way to the reunion about six of us stopped by my favorite crawfish hole and we had a blast. We didn't count how many we caught but I estimate it was close to 500. It took us a couple of hours to cook and eat them all and we were all stuffed to the max, and had some leftover for the freezer. You might think that we made a big dent out of the population, but we caught all of these in only about 150 yards of shoreline and more got away than what we caught.
