Instead of wasteing money on these permits, why not just put in boat cleaning stations at all infected waters boat ramps and charge a dollar or two to pressure wash your boat when it comes out. Then the program would pay for itself, the boats would be clean and everyone is happy! Just my 2 cents...[crazy]
