The truth is that gas prices aren't going to go down, and will just keep going up and up.
The word is that we are going to see the extinction of charter fishing. It was always mainly a rich man's luxury, with average joes having to save up and plan for maybe a few trips a year.
What next? Hydrogen fuel cell boats? If hydrogen engines run on water, and the ocean is water, don't you think they could get that to work? Salt water carries electricity better too. Hmmmm.....
