I would agreee with soft plastics (senkos, stick-o's, yum dingers, etc) - Match the color of the worm to the color of the water and the sky. Murky water and clouds go dark, clear and bright go light...
Spinnerbaits and topwater plugs (yozuri poppa dog, storm chug bug, zara spooks etc) during low light conditions such as dawn and dusk will produce fish. Try matching the colors to environment like senkos as well as bait around. If you hear frogs croaking try a frog color, if you see sunfish schooled up, or shad bait balls, try matching them.
Good luck!
