No muske for Pineview, why not pike? Any Problems?

Everything I have read points to perch being the pikes main forage along with carp and shiners, they will eat walleye and even other pike. I think to say they will keep walleye from over populating is incorrect. The perch will be the ones to go first, then carp, then with nothing else to eat you end up with Redmond part 2, stunted fish. Pineveiw would do great with pike for a few years then end up the same way with a bunch of stunted fish, remember the crappie before the muskies?
