That's what happened to us two weekends ago - trolling for walleye and caught a nice 16" smally - great fighting fish. In fact it was the only fish of the day. It probably was the same fish that the float tuber caught. [

That walleye measured 19" and weighed 2lbs 3ozs. It was caught at the back of Wallsburg on a carolina-rigged Yami twin-tail grub, smoke with copper flake (I think).
