I have used diluted catsup to remove the smell. I have duluted it with both water and vinigar. Both will work in a spray bottle.

Several years ago, the DWR sold a chemical at their offices on North Temple that would remove the smell. I have not tried it, but reports from friends were good.

You might give them a call, and see if this solution is still available.
