Upon further review, it is a cow elk tag but I had a second choice so I don't know which area it is yet, but both were late winter hunts.
I have harvested two other cow elk before, got both of them out whole. One on a tabogan, shot that one at the top of the mountain and rode it down to the truck and the other we managed to get it on top of my four wheeler (a 300EX) and tie it down, remember it's still whole and straddle it and rode on top of it all the way down the canyon, what a sight that was.
