Top water baits in the early AM and late afternoon.
Vary your speeds of retreival to invoke reactions.
As the water warms, take the baits down gradually. You can fish spinners or diving crankbaits at the 12" to 24" level.
Eventually take it deeper. As the fishes food source goes deeper, your presentations need to follow the same pattern.
Dropshots are effective at this time.
The color of your presentation will depend alot on the clarity of the water and water temperature. Be prepared to carry a few different colors of particular lures.[cool]
