Great place to go. Rather spotty though in terms of solitude. I've only done scuba diving there and on occasion there are upwards of 150 ppl in and around the parking lot. Other times (mid week, summer, etc...) me and my buddy are the only ones there.
The road is HORRIBLE in some spots. Be careful
The walk out to the lake from the parking lot is HORRIBLE in some spots.
There is a nice dock on the west end that drops off to about 40 feet pretty quick. Depth of lake is around 57 feet if I remember correctly. Good population of bluegill.
If you see bubbles, please don't throw rocks at them!
