Why, yes I do. The reservoir holds smallmouth and largemouth, not a lot, but you can/will catch fish. But I recommend early morning. The water skiers/jet skis get really thick on the small reservoir. Use typical jigs or crank baits. I personally give up on it by late spring, to many recreation boats for me.
Now the river right below the Dam, especially right below the Dam at Wild Rose Park. Great for trout, catfish and smallmouth, even catch a few largemouths. I try to fish here a bunch, somedays you hit the jack pot, other days it's slow. Monday we got 1-18" trout and 2 smallmouths in about 20 minutes. That was slow so we left. Caught all on a 3" brown grub/lead headed jig.
