Teton River Fishing near Rexburg

I've been fishing the north and south forks of the teton, and also the main river close to the city of teton about every other day to almost every day. The water is still very high and fishing is very slow. I have been going to practice my fly fishing skills because I am a learning beginner. I normally catch 0-1 fish each trip in about a 2 hour time span.

Are there any areas besides the Teton catching fish?
