Should Mantua and Newton be wakeless?

I have to say the closes I have came to being hit in my tube was when I was on Mantua in my float tube and it was by a guy in his 14 ft al. I had to paddle out of his way. I could not get to my camera quick enough to get a pic of the bow number. But than again last time I was up there was ski boat with a tube just outside the no wake zone just doing circles making it crappy for everyone coming in.
