Registration question.

[font "Times New Roman"]I talked to a ranger at East Canyon and he said once you put a motor (gas or electric) on anything you need to register it. I got stopped on the water on my toon, I had my numbers on kind of, most of them fell of the toon. The people at the DMV told me I had to put them on the toon and no where else. The ranger said don't listen to them and put them on a piece of wood or plexiglass and just hang it on it. He was cool about the whole thing.[/font]
