(Poll) Do you believe in Bigfoot??
#54
This post is intended for Fishhound, for some reason I cannot reply to his, don't know, not working.

Firt, let me say that all the information I have written in these Bigfoot posts is taken or I should say paraphrased from Bigfoot evidence books that I have read. Mostly those from Dr. Grover Krantz or Dr. Jeff Meldrum, so it is not my knowledge. I am just doing my best to show peopley that there is more to Bigfoot "stuff" than most people think.

Second, I would like to mention that Grover Krantz, Jeff Meldrum, and the members of the Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization are biologists just like yourself. Their combined experience is on the order of thousands of times more than yours. This does not make you a bad biologist or that your experience and research is false. On the contrary, I would love to read your stuff and would have great respect for it, as it has been a great hobby of mine to read about the natural world ever since I learned how to read.

Yes, as I said I have trained my dogs. I have provided pictures of them in the field, but am not quite sure how to show you my training. I have used the advice of people I met, as well as training books to train them. I have developed no strategies of my own.

What I meant by "talking to a k-9 officer" is to show that dog training is not as easy as a person first believes. So saying, "Why don't you send dogs after the ape" is not a valid statement. The fellow I know, the k-9 officer, is an Illinois State Trooper. I got my two dogs trough his information from New York. He has given me countless tips on how to raise/train them. Mine are not police dogs. The only thing they track is rabbit and people. It was more out of fun rather than necessity that they do this. I do not hunt rabbit.

Gorrilas, in thier environment detect dogs hundreds of feet away. I never made any mention to mountain lions, but an intelligent abe who can connecat a dog to a person is obviously better at hiding from one. Again, as I have repeadedly said in my posts on the subject, this is from the BFRO info and the Bigfoot evidence books. As well as accounts of field biologists there in Africa from as long ago as 40 years.

In most cases I have read about, when an aggressive tracking or hunting dog gets close to a Gorilla it is violently attacked. One blow or throw from a an over 300 pound animal is enough to shatter the skull of a 70 pound dog. No mountain line is that strong.

You are asking me to remember back to when I was about 8-9 years old about how it happened that it took me 4 days to find the dog. It was not just my dog, it was a family dog. Once I found it it was missing, I probably went looking outside on the streets and field thinking it ran away. Then, a random yard search turned up the dog. The dog had drank most likely antifreeze becausy of the kidney condition the vet found. Not sure exactly. I am more than happy to privde the breeders contact info. and they can tell you what training they do with their dogs and what they suggested to me.They have been raising shepherds for along time therein Afton, NY.

This discussion should not be pointed at what I say about Bigfoots because I get my info from the BFRO and Mr. Krantz and Meldrum's books and info. I have never seen a Bigfoot, tracks, or anything. I have no equipment to search for one like the BFRO. Nor do I actively search for Bigfoots. I can only say that there is a ton of evidence which the great majority of biologists and scientists have no interest in taking a look at. All the ones that do, are convinced that the ape exists.

If a serous effort my many biologists/scientists is ever mounted for a long time (like they do for bear, wolf, and all other animals) sooner or later a Bigfoot body or sample will be found. The BFRO is the only group doing this, and they have limited funding and manpower to cover over 7 million square miles in North America. They need help. I wish more biologists would take a closer look.

I forgot the dog pics, here:

******************One last thing. Bigfoots have been reported by poeple to keep up with a 45 mph moving car. You know dang well that some wolves have been recorded at 42 mph, but no domestic dog breed except the race hounds will reach above 35 mph, especially in thick brush and wood. On the other hand, a 7 1/2 foot ape, with a stride lenght of almost 6 feet will easiy outrun
any track dog. As I said, the idea of using tracking dogs is almost completely unreliable.
