Hookjaw - Actually, he offered to let me keep an extra one, but I let it go. Don't wanna keep too much, then end up not liking the taste. I'm gonna cook 'em tonight, and try bass for the first time!
Debating if I want to use my usual recipe for pan-fried, or try the grill. Sore and lazy, so probably the pan. Then this weekend I can spend more time with charcoal and all that.
